I'm attaching the "Notes" file that I made that explains the whole process. I mean I went through sampler tapes, white labels, import only releases, etc. I got really professional with it, and I broke the songs into categories, and really did my research. I'm kind of a snob, so I know a lot of the songs can be found online, but I always like to listen to the original cd/vinyl because I think the quality is better. It was quite an experience! There was just so many rare songs that I had never heard before. I worked on the project for about a year, then just put it to the side. Super long post.Ī few years ago I had the bright idea to put together a high quality, cd-sourced collection of all Wu-Tang Clan non-album tracks from 90-2000 (with a few exceptions).
